Teenagers are quite the persons who are in acne trouble most. Why are they involved with acne more than other people in other ages? There are many reasons that take them are close to acne such as stress, diet and excessive sebum under the skin.

When the teenagers have to pore over their texts during the exam or do anything that make them worry, they will get more stress together with staying up late and they will see acne on their face on next day morning. The best things to do are they have to get prepared themselves for the exam early. They must not stay up late or are awake all night so that they can collect knowledge in the text or book to do the exam on the next day. They have to adjust their habit of reading for the exam or for doing anything in the same way. Moreover, they don’t need to worry so much that it beefs up their tension. If they have enough time for preparing, they will be at the right position without worrying about the exam and acne control or treatment will be easy.
