Taking good care of yourself can control and treat acne
You are probably at risk of getting acne by your behavior in daily life such as using cosmetic products, eating food and wearing your hairdo. If you pay attention to these matters, you can control acne and prevent the spread of it much more. Just try to consider the following factors and recall if you have ever paid attention to them.
1 Cosmetic and skin treatment products can cause acne because they will plug the hair follicles. So you have to use cream or lotion to wipe your face and make it much more clean by washing with soft soap.
2 Food is another important factor which can stimulate acne especially the fatty ones; however, it also depends on individual’s hormone. Some eat fatty food and are not in trouble with acne. If you have experienced acne, it is better to avoid it (fatty food). Not only is it good for your acne control, but it is also for your overall health.
3 Hair on your head can cause acne as well especially dirty hair with some spray. If you let your hair fall along your cheeks or forehead area, it can irritate your face and cause inflammation  in comedones. You should regularly keep your hair clean and prevent your head skin from getting dandruff by shampooing one time a couple of days.
4 Sometime you eat fatty food and wipe your lips. If your face is touched accidently, it can cause acne as well.
Try to practice these strictly and regularly and you can control acne significantly and effectively. You may take these together with other tips so that you can have many ways to cope with acne much more effectively.
